Tea Lake Campground is one of Algonquin's smallest campgrounds with fewer than 50 campsites. The campground is popular among the backcountry campers and canoeists who are heading out to the interior of the park. The campground has only basic amenities like vault toilets but no shower or laundry facilities available.

The park offers winter zone-specific reservations up to 5 months in advance. Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-668-7275 or at: reservations.ontarioparks.com. Winter backcountry camping is not permitted on designated summer campsites or within 30 metres of a waterbody, trail, or portage marked on the Canoe Routes Map or Backpacking.

Tea Tree is the second, and one of the larger campgrounds situated alongside the Buffalo River and Abbeyards Road. It offers 5-6 basic bush campsites. Vegetation divides the campground into two smaller areas. This camp site is located within a State Forest in the Alpine area of Victoria. It comes under the Control of DELWP.
