Its been literally 8 years yo. That is the Excalibur Umbra Beast Helmet pictured alongside the Gauvan Prime Sekhara. As has been said, it is a China exclusive compensation for their Warframe founders after Excalibur Umbra was released to the global build. Oh no, this helmet is way nicer than the Excal Prime one and the Excal Umbra one.
